Default Exhaust

What should you use to get off the rusty bolts of an old exhaust system. In particularly the ones that connect the exhaust to the cat.

Just torque the f*ck out of it and it should fall right off. I just had to do that to (2) of my exhaust spring bolts at the rear section of my stock exhaust system.

once they are seized, you wont be able to take them off. Its a common thing for the exhaust. You might have to cut them and put new ones on.

A grinder. And the ones are welded to the cat, they dont come off without ALOT of effort. I grinded off the threaded part, then heated up the head that is welded to the flange on the cat, and pounded the **** out of it and they eventually popped out.

Or you could TRY soaking them with WD40 overnight. It's worth a shot. You'll probably have to grind or torch them, though.
