i have a 94 ls integra 5sp. i have 130k miles now. my engine now burns a little bit of oil, which isnt too bad considering the miles. well i want to swap the engine with a gs-r with LOW miles. I wanted to know what is needed. I want to know everything down to the last nut and bolt. (ecu upgrade, oil pump, ETC.) Also where can i get a Gs-r engine for a pretty good price. *Keep in mind i am on kind of a low budget. Any other coments are welcome

I you get a complete changeover you dont have to worry about anything. You only have to run the VTEC wires, oil pressure, knock sesnsor and you're done.
Just make sure you use a GSR tranny and not a LS cause you'll be dissapointed between shifts not being in VTEC range.
Good luck

they have gotten cheaper in the last year, prob around 3k for a total swap. Less for a non-complete swap

where can i order, a non complete swap i have an ls so i want as little as posibble only waht i need
Get a GSR engine and your set. I have seen them from $2000-$4000 depending on miles and condition. Look into overseas as well maybe you can get hooked up with on of those engines because I believe in like Japan the law is 30,000 miles on a car then they have to get a new engine.

If you plan on turbo, run the GSR motor on the LS tranny, and just get the GSR ECU, wire it all up and you are set, but I am not sure about the power assist steering on the LS tranny I know that the G2 integras had the power assist steering, but im not sure on the G3 tegs. Anyone?
