Is you car stock or modified?
NA or boosted?
A bit more about your set-up would be helpful.
What is the condition of you fuel system?

Have you checked to see what is missing, spark, fuel or timing or did you just throw parts at the problem?

As asked, more info, starting with MM&Y of car.

Mods to car/engine?

What happens now...
1- When you turn ign. switch to run.
2- When you turn ign. switch to start.

You have made sure you have gas, right?
Have you checked the fuel pump, PGM-FI Main Relay and injectors?
Can you hear the fuel pump prime when you turn ign. on?
Have you checked fuel pressure? 94

Try this, try and start the engine two or three times, then immediately remove a spark plug, is the plug "wet" with gas, does it smell of gas?

If the plug is wet with gas, plug it back into the spark plug lead and ground the plug and crank engine to see if you have spark, is it a good strong spark?

If plug is dry, check the fuel pressure, check for power at the injectors, [lead that is the same color on all 4 injector plugs should be 12V+ when ign. switch is on] check for ground pulse on the other lead of the injector plug, a noid light is best for testing the injector plugs.

You need to find out what is missing, fuel, spark or timing to narrow down what may be wrong.

Have you checked valve timing, has the timing belt maybe "skipped" a tooth? 94
