in 99 models there was no Rs just ls.

b16??? why downgrade your motor? go up to a B18c or c5. H22 can be done but you need the mount kit.

I have a B18C1 swap for sale $3500, fully rebuilt motor (zero miles), GSR tranny with 50k miles (no grinds). OBD1 but no ECU.

 

Why are you asking about engine swaps and how much they cost when you dont even know your own car?

youre car is only a 99 and you want an engine swap? do you drive like 1k miles a week? selling it and buying a gsr is a better option
