It would fine. Why don't you paint your valve cover though? I think that would stand out a lot more.

 

im am sure you could find one on ebay for around 75-100$$

 

Instead of going out and buying one, you could paint your valve cover yourself. Do a search in the Appearance Forum for a write-up.

^^^Agreed. If you want I could try and get a picture of my friends valve cover at the next cruise in....it's pink hahaha. It's a green EP, H22 swap, and a pink valve cover. He does things jokingly so don't go crazy that it's pink haha.

 

well thanx alot palmy blue for gettin my back. My car is fast enough for me, i have a T3 Turno and running almost 300 HP. My car looks really clean and nice, but under my hood its just a lil dull. its pretty much all black besides my ingnition wire going to the ingniton coil which is red and my purple greddy bov. so i was thiinkin of gettin a red vavle cover too give it a nicer look. my cars performance has reach wat i wanted so now i just want to give a lil color under my hood. is that to much to ask for?

and of the fact that i dont really dress up my car, i dont really now about it. so i just wanted to kno.

 

if you have all that stuff in your engine i think you should.ve known about the valve covers. its a basic question which pretty much everyone knows. but there are some valve covers that arent compatible. but most of them are. as far as the 2 homies fighting about their cars, alli gotta say is that a type r is meant for auto cross not for drag racing. its funny how i was reading a magazine from japan (it was in english) and the reporter asked some japanese what they thought about people drag racing type r's and honda's, they replied "We think that is the dumbest thing one can do with their car, these cars are meant for turns and road racing, not drag racing. thats a real waste of time and money to make a car that can only go fast in a straight line". It's true but it is still kind of fun to do a little drag racing. But auto cross is fun.
