Hey guys I just have a slight problem with my integra. It drives fine all the way up to about 4500-5000 rpm, but once I hit 4500-5000 it kinda putters. I have replaced the spark plugs and wires, and just replaced the fuel filter today. I have been stumped by this for a while now and I dont know what it is or what to do. If anyone knows what it is or has had a similar problem, just let me know. Thanks for your time and consideration.

 

Have you checked your dist. cap

 

mine did that once and my dist. cap was damaged, it would idle fine but when it reved up to about 4000 it would spit and sputter, i thought it was a fuel problem...

 

Did it seem like it was short on power also?

 

Do you have AIM or AOL?

Check your O2 sensor.. had the SAME EXACT problem.. 02 needs replacement.. like 75 to replace it.. let us know!

 

Hey man, did your car seem like it was low on power too? My check engine light came on and so I think that the o2 sensor may just be the problem. Plus my air/fuel guage is going haywire crazy. let me know what else you know thank's. by the way do you have AIM?
