Well, I first have to commend you for posting a video and not just trying to describe it in a bastardized way. Thank you for that.
If it were a vtec motor I would say lma's, but since we have a non-vtec that is just shy of impossible.
To me, it sounds like a rod knock or your valve lash is extremely off. Pull your oil filter and look for bonze/gold colored metal shavings. If you find shavings, you have a bearing problem. Motor will have to come appart, ect.
If you find no shavings then I would lean towards valve adjustment being way off. If you leave a comment like "I don't think I did it wrong" you don't have much confidence in your work. If your not experienced with valve adjustments I would take it to someone that is. You can really do a good bit of damage if your not doing it properly. If nothing else have someone check over your adjustments.
I can say with a good bit of confidence that fuel injectors are not your problem. If they were you would be getting some funky readings on your wideband
One more thing, pull your distributor cap off and check for red dust. I've heard some funky sounds from them before when they go bad. Also worth checking. If you find red dust, its bad. The dust is from the bearing, there's not fixing it like an igniter or coil.

look up other peoples rod bearing sounds... im leaning 90% towards spun rod bearing. highly unlikely to be a valve related issue but im pretty sure from ur video that its rod bearing cause i just had this problem sounded identical.
no thats about exactly what rod knock sounds like. sounds like u have a spun rod bearing. either running lean or running with little to no oil.

Update:i popped the valve cover off today and i guess i forgot to tighten the last bolt when i adjusted the valve lash which caused it to go way out of spec. i changed my oil and found no metal shavings whatsoever in filter or in oil panel. now my car is ready to go to the machine shop to get the cam cap bolt drilled out that i broke while torquing it in hulk style like an idiot.

o and now my motor sounds really healthy and no ticking whatsoever
