Default Engine knock when cold

When I start my 95 GSR after it's cooled iff, it has a knocking sound, which sounds like it's coming from the bottom end. I watched the oil pressure gauge the one day and soon as the pressure is up it stops, which is fairly quick . Any ideas what the knocking could be? Once it's warm and I stop somewhere and start it again it doesn't do it.

it sounds like it could be the valve springs making noise at cold starts, it takes a second till oil gets to the head.
