Default Engine kicks when decelerating.....

Im guessing its the engine mounts or something. When I shift from first to second gear the engine slams back pretty hard. Its does hit anything but you can feel it kick back. That and if I suddenley let off the gas.

Does that sound like the engine mount?

Sounds about right. Poly kits are cheap and work well but transfer vibration a lot.

Anybody know if those TEIN engine dampers will make up for the vibration at idle?Or are do they serve a different purpose?

replacement oem or motor mount inserts are the ONLY things that will fix your problem...as well as maybe 3m window weld
