Should i put an h22 in my integra gs or do the b18c1 or c5 conversion?

An H22 would be very neat in an Integra. It would also be the cheaper way to go. Last time I checked, An H22A was going for about $2200: Engine, Tranny, ECU. All you would need is mounts which is about $500. So you are looking at $2700. A GSR conversion goes for $3300 and the H22 has more hp than a GSR. Another thing you may want to think about is an LS VTEC. You could but a B16 head and some ITR pistons and cams, port and polished head. It would be fast and you would be very happy. Either way let me know what you are going to do.

 

the local dealer said about 1500-2000 for the gsr head on the ls engine and id get 20-30 hp. he said id get more hp with the h22 but the weight to power ratio isnt worth doing it... i want to swap then turbo this car anyway so the cost isnt a big issue its my summer driver turned hobby...
