eng swap problem

eng swap problem
i blew my eng and i replaced with stock eng. its a auto tranny. when i got everything in and hooked up and try to start it just clicked. i think the starter couldnt turn the flywheel. pulled the eng once again to check the flywheel to see if it was hanging up. locked everything in place. i notice when i was putting the flywheel back on it was rubbing at the top only on one side on the flywheel. so i have 2 questions would that be my problem why it didnt start up and should i buy a new flywheel for it?

well if its hitting the starter wont turn the flywheel, try getting a new flywheel, but then it might be your stater, take it to autozone they test alt an starters for free

Is your battery in good condition and are your grounds tightened down good.
Those are two instances that will also cause clicking sound.
