alright so i went in the other day and they told me i didnt have to run the dyno because i have low pro tires. i was happy but what i really want to know is if i can still pass next year without a cat if they dont dyno me? thanks

 

you will still probly pass even without a cat, unless your mods are extensive. As long as your car is in good running order you should be fine. I have never heard of them not checking because of low pro tires, but i hope they do that for me.
