egine code 9 HELP

well i just swaped my stock LS motor back in my integra and now i have a code 9 im stuck on why this code poped up..i know what the code is but the car runs a feels fine..

I had a D15B7 do the same thing only it was the crankshaft position sensor. I ran it like that for 2 years until a I found a distributor cheap. Ran completely fine the whole time, just had a CEL.
