ECU throwing code 1...what's wrong?

ECU throwing code 1...what's wrong?
I know a code 1 means oxygen content, but I don't what is causing the error. I always use 92 octane.
The first time I got the CEL was about a week after dyno tuning. I was just cruising along in 3rd at about 30 mph when WHAM...CEL. I had to retard my timing nearly 1/4 of an inch on the distributor to get the detonation to stop. I reset the ECU and it drove fine with no detonation and a little power loss. Now just yesterday the ECU threw another code 1...what in the hell is going on here?
