From the 200+ ecu's I've chipped or had, I've seen about 8 ecu's that has had the same burnt piece. I didn't even bother trying to figure out how to fix it but I know there was a thread about it on the pgmfi forums a while back.
It appears that some one removed the burnt transistor which is caused when you mix up your two wire plugs such as evap & intake air temperature.
Check the two wire plugs on your engine harness such as intake air temp & evap to make sure they are not mixed up. Also check the tip of your intake air temperature sensor as it is probably damaged.
The ecu usually does not throw a code when these two are mixed up but it will burn the IAT sensor & burn the trace on the ecu.
Is your fuel pump turning on ?
Do you have spark ?

Is the check engine light on ?
If so, what happens when you jump the two wire service connector ?
