are there any ecu's available for integras that replace the existing one? my previous car (dodge neon r/t) had ecu's from mopar that you just plugged in and instant gains. replies will be appreciated

For you OBDIIa ECU, there are not many choices. Spoon, Comptech, and Mugen make ECUs for $$$$. I am running an OBDIIa Spoon clone in my '97 GSR. Most people switch to an OBDI ECU (P72 for the GSR) and custom tune it for their modifications.
Technically, you are not getting a new ECU. Take Comptech for example, you send them your ECU and they perform the following:
- Lower the VTEC point 600 RPM
- Raises the rev limiter 200 RPM
- Change timing curve
