Any CELs? When 6500 RPM is reached, does the engine fall on it's face or is it hitting an electronic limiter?

An electronic limiter is like the typical rev limiter when the engine stutters.

yeah vtec is engaging but i feel like it loses all power when i hit 6500 i guess that the rev limiter for some reason and it kind of fall all on it's face but as soon i switch gears it gaings all the power again.......... i used my friend ecu and it let me rev pass 6500 with out no problem

CEL = check engine light. Is it illuminated? If so, pull the codes as outlined in the link in the FAQ thread.
