if ur goin all motor i'd say go for a skunk2 or type-r manifold

if ur goin turbo, keep ur stock (gsr im assuming) manifold so u have some power before boost kicks in.

the gsr manifold was designed for more low-end power, and the skunk2/itr is top-end.

its an aebs manifold. some hate it and others like it. i cant give a comparison as far as perfromance vs the skunk2 because ive owned both but on different cars and motors. the thing i liked abt the aebs was it has vacuum ports on the back

correct me if im wrong but a type r manifold wont fit on a gsr motor... its ebay you get what u pay for

what mods do u have in your motor?

yea your right, i think its somethin stupid like a couple of the bolt holes are off

but the skunk2 for the GSR is based off the ITR design. if u looked at the ITR and my skunk2 IM, u prolly couldn't tell the diff

just fyi the aebs is a redesigned type r manifold as well. im not a fan of ebay and ive never bought and dont plan to every buy anything off of ebay, but aebs is actually a good manifold, the castings are a little rough(i smoothed the runners) but they are not ssautocrap... you can get them from quite a few h-tech sponsers.

Here's link to the company site - Professional Products, Inc.

The box says the IM was developed with AEBS, so I dunno it it's exactly the same or not, but it probably is.
