Im throwing code 14. Both the eavc and iacv are working, but im still throwing the code. They have been swapped with new sensors....same problem. I have a 95 LS in 98 civic. Im assuming that there is a wiring problem of some sort. Im running the obd2 ecu...eith obd2 oil pump and sensor, as i need to pass emmissions this next week. Any help is appreciated.
