Default E break light will not turn off?

I have a 2001 GSR, and for some wierd reason the E break light on the dash will sometimes stay on for long periods of time and not turn off. I know the E break is disengaged and everything like that though. I have seen my friends ITR do the same thing. I was wondering if this was a cummon problem in DC2's, and if there was a solution? Thanks in advance

It also comes on when you're low on brake fluid.

OR if you're like me and run your amp wires under the armrest, one of the wires could have easily got caught on the e-brake swtich crap.

most likely your brake fluid is low, so check that.

If it is really cold, sometimes the switch in the reservoir cap has issues as well.
