K&N RU-2820 strapped to the base of a stock paper filter, $30 and will outlast the life of your car.

you can now buy a drop in k&n filter for about 60 bucks online, made specifically for dc2 integras.

http://www.inlinefour.com sells them.

it's more expensive than a DIY k&n filter, but you don't have to cut or mess with anything.

also, monsterflow sells them, too. http://www.monsterflow.com for their information. hope that helps!

Just get the K&N drop in. Forget about ripping out the OEM filter and stuff. You won't have to worry about things falling apart.
