Default Door lock problems

i have been haven a problem with my remote lock unlock feature
i got a viper alarm installed and when i hit unlock sometimes my driveside door doesnt unlock
it is not a wirein problem b/c it takes a little more force to open it with the key
lemme know what you guys think
i have a feeling its one of the rails on the inside that connect the door handle and lock to the actual lock on the door
is there anything that i can do that might help me with this or is there anything that i could do in order to help me with this problem
is there a grease or anything that i should get or something

could be the little clips getting worn/bent/damaged/?? for some reason...

you can try putting a bit of bearing grease on the pivot points and any hinging parts, see if that helps.

ever tried taking off the door panel? it's not that hard... if you're up to it you *might* be able to solve this...

yeah i have had it off many times (3rd pair of speakers)
yeah i also took a look at that piece i might sand it down a little to make it smaller maybe and grease it up so it will slide back and forth better
i was just wonderin if anyone had the same problem and it so how they fixed it
