Door Alignment tips?
Ok i've been trying for like 3 hours with a friend to get the god damn door even with the friggin body. I've tried jacking up the door, and tightening the hinges (where they attach to the body). But every time the door still sags. As of now its about an inch lower than it should be. we have tried putting the door in place, then tighetning the hinges, but it still sags. Are their any tricks to the trade for this? Any help is greatly appreciated.
yah the body mount side of the hinges are fine. I used the ones from my other door. The upper door mounting half of the hinge was just replaced, it helped a little, i'll swap in the bottem and see what happens. Any other ideas or tips on adjusting?

Hey Kai,
did you do this with 2 people? Last time i had to adjust the doors, you have one person loosen the bolts on the chassi side of the hinge and the other person move the door to where you want it...then tighten...it should take like 2 or 3 passes to get it right. If that still isnt enought you might have to get an impact driver to break that metal bracket from the door jam and move it. But aligning the door shouldnt be that much of a problem

yah i already pulled and replaced the hinges that connect to the door. THat help a little...i still need to p[lay around with those once a friend comes over and hjelps me.
mine was like that and i just unscrewed the latch attached to the body where the door hooks up to, and just kept adjusting it until the door was even with the body
