my door hinge is broke from the inside and it squeeks. how can i fix it?

I feel your pain. No one answered my post either. Most people just want to see cool rims, stereos and other trivial things. You mean the door frame? I had a crack around the door frame hinge of my Chevy truck and hammered it flat after taking the door off. Then used JB Weld to fill the crack. Still holding after years. The hinge should be bolted to the door and body of car. Which side (door or body) is broken? Too bad no one here seems to know anything about timing belts.

My driver's side door hinge is not broken, just worn slap out. If I can get the calipers on that hinge pin to measure it for the I.D. of the brass bushings, I think I can find bushings at the plumbing supply, or even at Lowe's. Does that sound about right?
