Does anyone know?
i doubt there are any cat backs for integras, there are ones that you can weld, but this would be the best way to go, unless your going turbo and need a larger inlet and outlet. You'll want to research what diameter you want for your exhaust setup.
I don't think there are any. most exhaust companies are aware that performance is really important to most enthusiasts now and I think its known that most cars won't benifit from dual exhuast and the comapnies cannot make it "bolt on" since hanger locations and bumper cut outs don't exist. Most people I know who got dual exhaust (which aren't even true duals since its just about impossible on 4 cylinders) have gotten custom piping work done.
Forced induced or not, even if the car makes over 500+hp, an inline 4 like our Integras WILL NOT benefit from a dual exhaust setup. Plus, it looks ridiculous anyways [IMHO]. I repeat, there are no benefits on dual exhausts on Integras and all if not most inline 4 cars.
About the AEM v2: It is proven that it makes more HP than its previous counterpart, however for its price...it isn't worth it. Buy a used AEM CAI and save yourself the money for other WISER investments.
