do i need to replace the gasket?
I want to take my valve cover off and repaint it. Its chiping the stock black paint off due to its age. i was told the gasket was like a preformed oring. i looked on here and didnt see what i was looking for. Do i need to replace the gasket, and small gaskets for the sparkplug stuff.
Also do the b20 valve covers have the ability for cover plate that goes over the spark plug wires like the gsr and itr's? i think that dresses up the lil 4 banga nicely.
one more thing, tenzo r makes valve covers any bad and or good things or should i stay stock?

Just keep the stock valve cover and paint it with wrinkle paint and it should turn out nice. If the gasket still looks like its in good condition you can reuse it.
you only need to replace the gasket if it's broken or falling apart. if not just use some honda bond or gasket maker and touch the corners and re use the sucker. i say stay with stock it'll save you some $
