Default dizzy problem??

hello everyone
i have a 91 ls special..everythig stock
my problem is; it bogs between 3300 and 4000 rpm
i changed the plugs, cap, rotor and fuel filter thinking that might fix the bogging but still does it
what would cause the problem? would it be the dizzy?
any help would be great
thank you

try and find a diff dizzy so you can narrow it down to if its the dizzy or not. if its the dizzy then its either the ICM or coil
