I'm sorry, but I should had clarify that I was asking teh people who said that they have "un-even" lighting. O well, I'm sure they will look great.

Tried for 30 mins to get a good pic last night (my buddy did) and he completely sucked at life and could'nt get a clean shot. But, in his defense, my wife has a professional digital camera and it has a plethora of settings. I'll see if I can talk her into taking some tonight.

So, continue to hold tight Pics will HOPEFULLY be up tonight

Use a tripod bro... You'll never get a clear picture at night w/o it

the wrong thread. Funny write-up.</TD></TR></TABLE>

If you purchased the wide angle LEDs from superbrightleds (and do make sure you get wide-angle LEDs as others wouldn't have enough light going to the side resulting in three bright dots on the dash), for the most part, the light shouldn't be too uneven. Of course there are still places that are slightly dimmer than other places mainly because of the LED's light pattern and only having 3 bulbs (especially the needle, but that didn't bother me too much).

Edit: Didn't see your last post there, but hopefully this would've helped anyone else that was wondering about uneven lighting.

Can you please post pics of the green lights? I have a headunit with both 'blue' and 'green' color options and I'm trying to decide which LEDs are closer to those colors.

If anyone else uses this DIY with different colors, please post them so we can all ooh and ahh

I'd like to see pics as well!

I orderd some #74 LED's for my cig lighter/coin tray lights as well a couple for my climate control.. I"ll do a DIY on that when I get em in, in about a week.

Also ordered a blue 6 LED bulb for my dome light.. Should all look pretty snazzy when I"m done.
Either that or I'll look like a ricer

I got my blue LED's installed, it looks great! The lighting seems quite even across the cluster. The only drawback is it makes it hard to see the needles when it's really dark... sometime I'll look into a way to make them brighter.
