hey my distrubitor was sqeeking and sounds scratching and it's coming from my distrubitor. anybody know if i gonna have to change the distrubitor soon.

Pull the cap and see if the rotor has a bunch of wear where it makes contact to the cap. The worst condition the dist. bearing is in, the more play the shaft that the rotor is on will have, and this will cause the contact points to be mangled a bit.
