distributor problem
have a question for the broad well any obd1 dizzy non v-tec work on a v-tec motor????? I know the mounts are different but if slice of and bolt on well run the same?
OBD1 LS dizzy going onto an OBD1 VTEC motor is fine. An LS dizzy will serve the same function. Like stated above, you have to cut off the forward leg because that's where the vtec solenoid is located on your vtec head.
The drawbacks: It can only be held down with the top bolt and I've heard you don't have the full range in adjusting your timing (correct me if I'm wrong anyone) as you would with a proper fitting vtec dizzy.
