Distributor problem?
A few months ago I replaced my distributor with a new one and since then its been flashing a code 9 CEL (it wasn't at the time my original distributor failed). The CEL has been sporatic (it will go 2 weeks without coming on, then come on a couple times a day). The new distributor came with a new coil, icm, rotor, cap, and I replaced the plug wires as well, and the timing and idle speed were set and checked. Is there anything else that would flash a code 9 that I can check or replace, or am I stuck with getting another new distributor?
Edit: Sorry, forgot to mention its a '95 GSR

Something else its doing, which I was unsure was related: The idle speed would fluctuate and at low speeds it would stumble, and sometimes (not always) the code 9 CEL would come on. I did clean out the IACV to no avail and wasn't sure if an IACV problem could turn on the CEL (the code 9 is the only code on the memory). Could a bad IACV be the problem, or are they 2 separate issues?

Ok, my next question is how serious a problem is this? How long can I let this go before I get it fixed, and am I doing damage to the car every day until I do get this replaced? It only comes on at idle or low speeds; on the highway and speeds higher than 25-30 mph it never comes on. It only comes on intermittently so far...
