So i had a dist lock up on me and got a new one put it in new cap and rotor and it still does not work??? do I have to re set the ecu??
its a b18a 90 teg on g2ic to reset the ecu it says "ECU Reset procedure. (Perform every time when troubleshooting)
1. Turn the ignition switch off.
2. Remove the BACK UP fuse (7.5A) from the under-hood fuse box for 10 seconds to reset ECU

i am nit the best tech but there us no fuse labeled "back up" under the hood so i am just confused

if youre standing in front of the car looking at the motor, on the left shock tower there is a fuse box. Pull out the 7.5 amp fuse (its bigger than regular fuses, and the top of it is clear). Usually when i reset my ECU i just unplug the battery for a few minutes, then reconnect it, turn the car on n leave it running for about 5 or 10 minutes without touching the gas.

I dont think thats the problem with your dizzy though, i pmed you with a few suggestions
