i can vouch for the kodak camera. other than the fact that it looks like some crazy spaceship, i was very impressed with it. i own a canon digital elph s110, 400+ dollar price tag, but my cousin bought the kodak, and it's very good. it takes video also which my camera doesn't. really easy to use, and zoom is good.

sony dsc s85 is a great camera 4.1 mega pixels and you can also make mpegs.

oh also the movie clips depends on how much memory u have left, there is no time limit on normal quality.
