Default Differences between the b18c1 and c5

I tried a search but couldn't seem to come up with what I was looking for so I'm making this post.

The obvious (at least to me) differences between them is the IM and EM, and the compression, but what other differences are there?

I currently have a 94 GS-R 4-door and was debating on whether it would be more cost effective to drop a b18c5 in it and go all-motor or keep the c1 and swap in some c5 parts before going the forced induction route.

Pardon my idiocy I just hopped over from the DSM side and I'm just beginning to learn some of the intricacies of my GS-R and Hondas in general.

TIA

Well, first off the b18c1 is the gsr motor, and the b18c5 is the type-r.
The head on the c5 has a better valvetrain and has a p&p, better cams and I think the block has a high compression.

Other then that, I think I'll let someone else fill in for the rest with differences

nah save the money since you already have a GSR motor. you should maybe swap to an itr tranny because of the shorter gears and LSD. Thats what i plan on doing later

Is that a fairly common tranny swap? It seems pretty reasonable judging by the differences in the transmissions, and it saves me the trouble of buying an LSD down the line. Any more info on that swap to be found?
