Difference between Automatic b18c, and Manual?

Just Quickly,
I have a B18B1 Automatic Motor mated to a 5speed tranny.
Asked people at Honda, said they were completely different.
Asked people at Acura, said they were the same.
Asked people on here about 6 months ago, no-one really knew except for "Shamoo"
who seems to know everything, and I believe he said they were the same.
I think it is just rumours about the cams.

Yes for the last time, at least the B18b I know for a FACT is NO different between auto/manual besides the tranny, thats IT. My cams are the same as all you 5spd people, same block period.

i used to have the matching auto p72....it fried on me though....im thinking of using my auto gsr tranny as an anchor for my boat 
man....i feel sorry for the boat that has to be attached to that heap of crap

sorry guys for reviving an old post but i would like to hear anymore input on this because i just purchased a b18c longblock that was from an automati gsr too
