Default Diagnosing: bushings, or tie rod ends, or???

Okay, I'm fairly certain I need to replace just about every suspension bushing on my '90 integra with ~190k miles on it.

I have a question, though. When going over bumps, or uneven sections of the road, it can pull my steering wheel around a bit. Could this be fixed by bushings, or might it be my tie rod ends/ball joints, or something like that? And there is generally a bit of slop in the steering, though when it was lowered when I bought it, the steering was very precise. Ride was crap, so I went back to stock.

Just eyeballing and checking by hand I can't feel play, but that's obviously not the best method
