Default desicion problem

rite now i have a 97 gs 4dr. i love it and have maintained it. eninge is clean, interrior is clean. i want a 4dr gsr but i'm afraid if i find one and get it i would need to fix alot. alot of gsr get beat on and they get beat on bad. so i don't know if it's a wise choice to go from my worry less gs to a gsr. i love vtec when it hits and screams. and turbo is really not my thing but if i go turbo then i have to know that it's not going to give me problem. i would go ls vtec, but soo many lsvtech around here either run like shiet or just break in a few months. i want to do lsvtec but just want it to be reliable is what i think i'm really tryin to say. all opinion is welcomed.

some people say that ls/vtec sucks cause they leak or have problems within a short period of time. but thats only because the people who build the motor sucks at it. ls/vtec can last for a very long time. its all a matter of how good you build it and do step by step slowly.

Just keep your car and buy a gsr motor swap. problem solved and you get to keep your same car.
