DC2 Integras... 15s or 16s???
#29
Man U FTW
I agree that 16's may look better, but i love my 15s. They're more practical for me...i run winter tires on them, my Falken summer tires and also my BFG drag radials...all on the same rims

Re: (Hbizzle)
I had 16in Rota Slips on my white teg
Little more ground clearance if you think about slamming it, just something to throw into consideration.
Oh.. it was lowered on H&R Sport Springs, stock shocks&struts

I love my 16x7's.
stock 15x6's are too narrow. I have 195/50-15's on my stock 15" wheels (smaller than stock tires), which look like this:
Before that I had 205/50-15 which is really is too wide for 6" wheels:
At one point I tried on my friend's 15x6.5 Slips with 205/50-15 and that looked really terrible:
Now I have 205/45-16 tires on 16x7's and those really look the best IMHO:
I cannot tell any performance difference between these and my stock 15's, other than the smaller diameter 195/50 tires would accelerate the car a touch faster than larger diameter tires.

Sorry but I have to +1 for the 16s. Look at it! I love it. I'm thinking its more of tire choice then rim size... maybe I'm wrong, iono. I'd say either 15 or 16 are fine.

Please don't spread misinformation. There is already enough in this thread.
16" with 205/45/16 or 215/45/16 is the correct size for 90-01 Integras.
And while we're on the subject of tire sizing: OP yours are too small.

IMO 15's on a civic and 16 on a integra.
The 16's just look like they fit the integra better when I had mine, and the 15's looked too small and too much tire unless it was lowered a pretty decent amount.

It's not really mis-information, it's just an option. I put 195/50's on my stock wheels several years ago because the 195/55 size of the tire I wanted was on backorder, I needed tires badly, and the 195/50's were cheaper. A bonus is the slightly smaller tire effectively raises the final drive ratio slightly, making for a little bit better acceleration.
The speedometer read about 5 mph fast on the highway, which is good because it helps keep you out of trouble. When it says you're going 80, you're really only going 75 which is only 5 over.

why not run that on the street...my BFG drag radials (aka my summer traction) are a 225/50/15 and i drive those all the time
