DC2-DC4 exhaust difference!!!!
Okay so I have an 1994 Integra LS and am looking to get a full header-back exhaust. I have found some good deals on a GSR exhaust and I was wondering if I buy a GSR test pipe and exhaust will it fit on my LS. Thanks
if its an 00-01 GSR exhaust it will.. 94-99 GSRs are the only DC integras that have different lengths for the exhaust components.
edit: just read your sig.. if that motor setup is what you are running and its not the stock LS header/cat on there then i dont know if a pre-made exhaust setup will bolt up.

The header that is on the B20 is the header that came with the car when it was an LS and it has the stock cat as well. The exhaust I was looking at was for a 94-99 GSR. It has to be the length of the cat because Im sure there the same bends and I know the 2dr body isnt different lengths. Im pretty sure the header for an LS and GSR is the same length to. Can anyone give me an awesome!!!
the header on the 94-99 gsr is shorter than all the other tegs so the b-pipe would be longer. in order to fit a 94-99 gsr exhaust on any other teg the b-pipe would have to be shortend..
i just installed 3 days ago a full catback tanabe exhaust (which came off my friend's 1996 RS/LS) and installed it onto my friend's 2000 GSR.. it was striaght up bolt on with no cuts or adds.

Yes, but the same doesn't apply to '94-'99 GS-R's. JThrasher79's post above is correct.

Well just from searching I thought all B- Series headers are the same length. Just beacuse they dont specify the car it goes on. Alright so Im going to have to buy a GSR header!!

Extending the B-pipe is probably a simpler and less expensive option, and also allows the benefit of removing the bottle-neck that is present on almost every factory and aftermarket exhaust at the flange where the B-pipe bolts to the cat.
