DC2 Auto to 5 spd conversion

I wanted to ask how hard is it to do this? I have a 97 integra thats a manual and I have a 98 integra thats auto. How hard is it to just swap over the parts?

i think u need few parts.

starter
axle
shift linkage
tranny
clutch
flywheel
there more but im not sure since i know more about the 2gen

Most mechs will say its not worth it but it can be done. the hardest part is getting the clutch in
