Default DC-SP Header Help??

Hi guys, can i have your opinion on which headers is good for my 96 LS teggy? I was told stainless is the best but which one should i get 4-2-1 one piece, 4-2-1 two piece or the 4-1. I'm really confused what these can do thanks.

4-2-1 two piece...easier install, becareful of the gasket between though, could cause a leak...ceramic is better too...stainless traps heat..and gets all these weird colors..

I notice all the stainless cost more than ceramic if it traps heat and gets weird color? Is the 4-1 50 legal?
