i ordered a 90-93 skunk2 short shifter off ebay and the label on the box said it was for a 94-01. anybody know if it will still work. id like to know before i try and put it on and i doesnt fit or before i send it back because i snapped my old shifter in half...

 

i have never understood how people could do this.

sorry, can't help really. i know the generic ones usually fit 88-00 civ and 90-01 teg. maybe skunk is different. dunno

 

i used a shifter for a 94 in a 91 worked but i had to search for 5th

 

it was because my clutch cable got f'd up and i tried to push real hard into gear and off came my new pwjdm shift **** with half the stick inside of it.

ya i put it in yesterday and it works great. smooth shifts and no searching for 5th
