I have three short blinks and 17 short blinks What does this mean please

17 short blinks does not exist, 3 short blinks is code 3

 

It is blinking 17 times with no breaks in it. Any sugg.?

you sure its a PR4 ECU?

 

there shouldnt be 17 short blinks, if its throwing code 17 then it should be 1 long blink then 7 short blinks. I would double check the blinks

 

I don't have the car with me it is a buddies. he is going to re check it tonight, but when I was there on sat. I counted 17 short blinks with no interuptions.
