Default DA Starting problems

I have a 93 Acura Integra with the B18 (stock motor). Right now it is having some problems starting. I can crank to car but it just will not fire. After trying for 5 mins (not constantly), the car will finally turn over. I was thinking of replacing the spark plugs (which are only about 15,000 miles old). Does anybody have any other ideas on waht the problem is?
Thank you great Honda-Tech for any help.

i would check the cap and rotor also, if you have 15000 miles on the plugs i wonder how much is on the cap and rotor

Where is the main relay located? There are about 190,000 miles on the car (i have had it since 170,000). It is probably stock cap and rotor (not entirely sure).

the main fuel relay is under the driver side dash. take the lower panel off and it is a brown box being held in with a 10mm bolt. if you wanna check it take it out and open it, get a magnafying glass and look at the sodered points and see if they are broken, resoder them if they are cracked and broken
