im in the process of putting different seats in my da, but the only way to keep the Seat Belt little DINGER from beeping is to keep the under plug (under the seat) plugged into the box where the lap belt comes out of .... so my question is how do i get that sound to stop when i pull the plug ... ??

so what are you going to use as seat belts? harnesses? well if you are going to use harnesses then you can unplug your seatbelt unit (in under your passenger kick panel. that'll make the beeping stop and it'll also make the seatbelt from retracting too.
