Unplug all wires from your motor, labeling what they go to, so it will make it easier for you. Unbolt everything from the car and take off the shift linkage, axles, exhaust and anything else holding the motor in, drop the new motor in, bolt everything up just like how you unbolted it and plug everything back in. Next run a couple wires from your vtec solinoid to your ecu, after that, your set to go.

Yup everything is the same. The only time you would switch parts out is if you were going to go obd1.

You'll need to wire up a second o2 sensor if you are staying OBD0. Rywire sells a kit that eliminates all the hassle of wiring. It includes the wires to hook up the extra o2 sensor, oil pressure switch, knock sensor, and vtec solenoid. I hacked up the $55 for it and it was more than worth it.
