I know theres a difference between the 90-92 and the 93 bumpers, but i fail to see it. Can anyone help me out?

The turn signals are different, the whole lower half of the bumper is different, and the grill is different. Hell, 2 different bumpers entirely

the 92-93s kinda wrap around with the curve of the bumper, the 90-91 are just flat

 

I want to replace the bumper on my '91 with one from a '93. Will it bolt right up?

yes you can swap a 90-91 for a 92-93

You need,
Bumper,
Bumper support
Corner lens,

Most like the 92-93.

you can swap it if you use the 92-93 bumper supports as well. Usually you don't catch those 92-93 front noses because there are simply more 90-91 out on the road.
