Wasn't their engine slightly better as well? I have a '93 and I love it. Definitely worth learning and working on.

Any DA would be a great car. There are slighly more parts for the 92-93's.

yes yes yes!!! A DA is an awesome project car! Awesome body lines and a good engine to start with. 92-93 is definately the year to look for. If you get a 90-91, youll just spend more dough converting it to 92-93 cuz its looks way better.

GOOD LUCK!!!

h-t gots mad DA love...

generally, clean 2nd gens go for a grand or two less than clean 3rd gens w/ comparable mileage.

I love the lines on the body too

I am pretty sure it's the head, I have heard swapping the head from a B18b will give you 10 more hp which, as all you math wizzes know, is the difference between 90-91 and 92-93. But the same mod on a 92-93 doesnt do anything performance wise.

But my motor is a B18A in my DA, are you saying it just has the B18B head? I heard it was Emissions/OBD changes, and maybe the cams? I don't know...

I believe it's a combination of better cams, better exhaust manifold, better intake manifold, and better engine control unit (ecu).

i heard the cam's had a big part in the 10 extra hp.

one thing that keeps me somewhat liking the 90-91 style is the oem kit, if you could ever find one there pretty nice. but if i had to do it all over again, i'd get a 92-93 gsr. if i was sticking with honda-acura.. but here in a few month's.. im movin over to awd turbo.. thats right, WRX.

or maybe i just need to take a spin in a LS or GSR boosted, and that'll make up my mind

No I was implying that the heads in the 92-01 LS engines werent changed but the 90-91 were different. Sorry it wasn't clear
