every car breathes differently. peoples times will be different because they will have different mods than what u have. i dont understand y u r askign the question because it is way to broad and just pointless. what are YOUR mods? what times are u looking to hit? what is your goal for whp?

Really, an intake cam won't do you that much on the quarter mile or dyno. Expect maybe 5 hp with tuning and .2 or .3 in the quarter mile since you might gain a larger powerband.

Buy a nice set of Stage2 or Stage3 cams if you want naturally aspirated power.

but this is all about engine packaging. u cannot simply slap on cams and expect power. Lego building these engines will result in crappy performance and a waste of money.

well what good is it going to do for u then if someone said.... " o i got 10 more hps and ran a 14 second quarter mile..." what is that going to do for u? nothing because u dont know what their setup is either!!! i just think that by listing what YOU want to do to your car, others can give u advice for further mods!

not bad, i want power gains similar to that but wit more torque.

My set up right now is: JDM B18C GSR

SRI
DC JDM 4-1
cat
ful 2.5" cat back non resonated to the muffler
Fidanza flywheel
Vafc2
FPR

I am adding:
CTR intake cam
Skunk 2 Pro series manifold
Skunk 2 cam gears
Hondata Intakemanifold gasket
**hopefully a comptech Ice box**
**hopefully hondata S200 for tuning time**

Last year with just I/H/ and apexi 2.36" N1 cat back and a high flow cat wit a 2.5 inlet from the header and 2" outlet to the exhaust I dynoed 162Hp and 123Tq and ran a best of 14.6@94MPH wit a 2.3 60ft.

I think that between my old exhuast set up, and my 60ft launching greatly affected me which is why now wit a full 2.5 and all that i am about to add with better driving I want to break into the 13s. Any of over 175WHP after tuning will be good enough for me but im more bent on getting into the 13s though i know that i should also focus on the power
