Default Cooling problems-To Cold? Please help.

I have a 95 LS and I am having problems with the cooling. The temp gauge when I am driving goes all the way to cold especially on the highway. I know my mix is wrong. I think there is to much coolant. I have dropped the radiator 2 times and it does not seem to be getting better. What is the deal? I don't think there is to much water but I have no idea anymore. Please any helpful advice would be great.

thermo housing is where teh lower radiator hose meets block. there should be like alil blugde there , looks like a golfball size shaped area where the hose connects to. 2 bolts, and bam, there she is. thermo is stuck open. try that. also, your cts should be right there too.. usually a mechanical failure rather then electrical. good luck, byut before you do it, fluch your system, some goober prolly messed up your thermo
